Terms
This agreement is between the Greystone Men’s Day Committee and the Sponsor Company. The Prize winner MUST be a member of the Greystone Golf Club.
Prize(s). The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
The Sponsor Company is responsible to make arrangements with the winner to set up the actual installation and of the prize, the final agreement is between the winner and the Sponsor Company
Greystone golf club does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any winner(s) which could arise from accepting any prize whether due to any error, omission or other cause by The Sponsor Company, its employees, agents or others.
