Board Position: Hospitality

PURPOSE:

To support the management team in their goals and objectives while promoting and supporting the vision statement.

VISION:

Provide the best member club experience through excellence in service, course condition, food quality and member comradery.

SCOPE OF POSITION

Take a leadership role in supporting the success of all club events inclusive of Nine & Dines, Member Guest and other special events.   

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Hospitality Manager to develop & promote all social activities at the club.
  • Provide sales and marketing support to the Hospitality team on all social activities via word of mouth, email and phone calls.
  • Take feedback from the members to help improve the membership experience.
  • Engage and support new member’s experience.
  • Attend monthly board meetings and give feedback during advisor board meetings.

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive image of Greystone.
  • Provide Member Feedback to the Greystone Management Team and Advisory board.
  • Try to participate in Club Captain Events within ClubLink.
  • Support, talk and assist all members when required.
  • Support Men’s Night program including 50/50 fundraiser, promotion of sponsor nights and special events.
  • Help in promoting the business and Vision Statement of Greystone Golf Club.
  • Always be promoting the club to potential new club members and club events to current members.
